Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm

For the wedding party and close family. We will be having a food truck with classic American food!

Overnight Guests Check-in

3:00 pm

Check-in for overnight guests begins at 3 pm. Please see the accommodations tab if you are interested in booking a site! A parking attendant will be available to help you find parking and your accommodations. You can use this time to unpack, finish getting ready (remember we have limited shared bathrooms!), explore the grounds, or have a drink at the communal lodge.

All Guests Arrive

4:30 pm

Please arrive by 4:30 pm! A parking attendant will guide you to either the lodge bar area for a welcome drink, or time depending, directly to the ceremony location across the street, where we will have some limited beverages available as well.

Ceremony

4:30 pm

Our ceremony site is a quick walk across the street from parking and reception. We will be on large deck overlooking the river. The dress code is casual - wear whatever you like but comfortable shoes will help in this outdoor environment.

Cocktail hour

5:30 pm

Enjoy beer, wine or one of our custom cocktails by the communal lodge. Non-alcoholic options will be available as well. Snack on appetizers and charcuterie.

Reception Dinner

6:00 pm

We will be having a buffet style seated dinner outdoors with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Toasts, Dessert, Drinks and Dancing!

7:00 pm

Here is where the night gets good! Enjoy our mushroom woodland themed cake (available in carrot cake or lemon berry flavors), hit the bar up again and get on the dance floor!

After Party

11:00 pm

We have the DJ until 11 but the party doesn't have to end! If you haven't had the chance yet, enjoy the hot tub. sauna or cold plunge tub at the bathhouse, hang out by the fire pit, play games in the lodge, and maybe even some late night snacks??
