What's the attire for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The attire is black tie optional. The wedding party will be wearing tuxedos and long dresses, and guests should feel confident in the same! If you're more comfortable in a traditional suit with tie or dressy cocktail dress, go with that. We want you to have fun and look your best!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered online and in-store at Amazon, Macy's, and Crate and Barrel. Click the "Registry" menu item above for direct links to our registries.

Will there be transportation to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from the Marriott to the church, and then from the church to the reception venue. Guests can then travel by light rail or Uber back to the Marriott after the reception. There is also ample parking at both the church and reception venue for those in town guests who would prefer to drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both the church and reception venue. However, there is abundant Uber/Lyft available in Charlotte, and we have especially selected a reception venue that is VERY easily accessed by light rail - take advantage of these options to stay safe and avoid driving. We want you to be able to focus on having fun!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all your kids, but we have set up this weekend as an adults-only party - so this is a good occasion to leave them at home and have some fun! Of course, what's most important to us is that you are all able to attend, so if you can't attend without bringing your kids, please let us know in advance.

The welcome party at Bentley's is "festive attire" - jackets welcome but optional.
