Kesha Carter- Billups Alabaster, AL Kesha and the Bride have known each other for over 2 decades. They met at Scott Elementary School but parted ways as they went off to different high schools. In 2011, their friendship was reconnected through a run in with Kesha’s late mom. Since then, they’ve never stopped being there for each other and significant events in each other’s lives. Kesha is recently married herself to one of America's Heroes (Nic, an Army hero) and an active mom to three beautiful daughters.

How I met my sister, I have no clue I was too young to remember around 6 weeks lol, but I do know is that she never left my side and I never left hers! Different moms and dads but you wouldn’t know that unless we told you! #same bloodline! From keeping me as a baby to very much becoming a third mother , bestfriend , sister , anything I needed you to be , you always answered that call ! Instantly I knew we would be friends for years because of your infectious personality. Always so upfront and honest. We ventured out and started having our own little friend dates after class and we stayed stuck together pretty much throughout the entire summer of that year.
