The Garden City Hotel

We have a block of rooms at this hotel for Thursday 8/31 and Friday 9/1. PLEASE BOOK EARLY if you want a discounted rate! Select 'GROUP CODE' and enter: IBA0830 Check-in time starts at 4:00pm Check-out time 11:00am The hotel is located in the quaint village of Garden City - walking distance to cafes, boutiques and restaurants. Also, the hotel is across the street from the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). The hotel is about a 15 minute car ride from the wedding venue.

Flight

JFK or LGA

JFK and LGA are the closest airports to the event. If you check luggage, we recommend budgeting ~30 minutes of extra time to pick it up. The ride to/from the airport is approximately 30 minutes, but can be 45-60 minutes if you're arriving during rush hour. You can rent a car or take an uber from either airport.

Train

Long Island Rail Road (LIRR)

The train connects Long Island to NYC. It is an efficient and easy way to get into the city, without having to worry about parking or traffic. There is a train station across the street from the Garden City Hotel, where the LIRR will take you to Penn Station, NYC.
