To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP no later than June 24, 2025. The earlier the better! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
You will be missed! If you can’t make it please be sure to RSVP ‘no’ so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors! Please do this before April 14, 2025 when RSVPs are due!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate everyone a plus one unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope or on the RSVP tab of the wedding website. For example, your invitation envelope would list “(your name) & Guest.” For families, it will list “(your name) & Family” of “The (your last name) Family.” When you go to RSVP, you can see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we can accommodate your children. If we cannot invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional. This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (a Filipiniana, a Barong, an evening gown, or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also kindly ask you to AVOID colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, or anything close to white. Neutral colors are encouraged! Also, prepare for weather of about 80’s during the day and 60’s after sunset….think about tropical and mountain weather!
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. However, please allow for family and the bridal party to have the first two aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
The ceremony begins at 4 pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat, and socialize before the ceremony begins.
Meaning, no photographies allowed during the ceremony besides our hired photographers PLEASE! Otherwise, feel free to capture all the memories during cocktail hours and the reception!
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us after the bride walks down the aisle. We thank you for understanding!
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located at the top of our website. We will also have a card box available during the day of the wedding
Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue.
