- All guests must book by March 7, 2026. The Weblink will close on March 8, 2026 and cannot be reopened (rooms will be immediately returned to hotel inventory). - Note that our group block is April 6, 2026 – April 13, 2026. Guests must edit the dates to select the # of nights they would like to stay. The default will only show one night, if it’s not changed. - Guests will be charged first night’s room and tax at the time of booking, which will serve as the deposit. - Any changes to guest reservations after Weblink is received will need to be made directly with the hotel. - Any additional dates that are not part of the contracted block will need to be booked directly with the hotel as a separate reservation.
