Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Join us at Virgil’s BBQ in Las Vegas for a relaxed and fun welcome event. We’ll have plenty of great food straight from the smoker, plus beer and wine to keep things flowing. We’re also setting up some classic games — cornhole, giant Jenga, beer pong, and a few surprises — so you can hang out, meet people, and have a good time. Come hungry, grab a drink, jump into a game, and enjoy the evening with us at Virgil’s. It’s the perfect way to kick things off

Ceremony

Semi formal / Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, sport coat and slacks.

The ceremony will be held at the Nelson Chapel near Eldorado Canyon, a truly unique spot filled with character and history. After the “I do’s,” we’ll celebrate with a champagne toast and photos. The area is full of fascinating artifacts and little treasures, so take your time exploring and soaking in the atmosphere. At 6:30 PM, a shuttle will be ready to take everyone to the reception, where the celebration continues.

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi formal / Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, sport coat and slacks.

Join us as we keep the celebration going at the Serket Country Club, where the reception will take place outdoors in a relaxed, open‑air setting. We’ll ease into the evening with a laid‑back cocktail hour — the perfect chance to unwind, grab a drink, and enjoy the view. From there, we’ll move into dinner, cake, and plenty of dancing as the night unfolds. Expect good food, good music, and all the fun that comes with celebrating together. When the reception wraps up, a charter bus will be ready to take everyone back to the Las Vegas Strip, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride after a full night of festivities.
