Our story begins at Tenoroc High School in the fall of 2011. Cynthia, a sophomore, and Jaime, a junior, crossed paths in the midst of soccer season. Cynthia laid eyes on Jaime during a soccer scrimmage. Through shared teammates and mutual friends, they began to hang out in between classes and after school. Their bond grew, each moment more effortless than the last, filled with laughter, jokes, and the thrill of something new. Then came the early morning of March 18th, 2012. A day that would change everything. After a fun-filled late night at a Quinceañera, Jaime, with a nervous smile and a heart full of hope, asked Cynthia a question that would change their lives: "Will you be my girlfriend?" In true Cynthia fashion, she teased him with a sarcastic “no,” but it didn’t take long before her smile gave her away, and she said “yes” in a heartbeat. From that moment on, the rest was history. They both didn't know it at the time, but they would one day grow up and give each other the healing, love, and life they both deserved. On December 9th, 2024, Jaime decided to ask for her hand in marriage after nearly 14 years of them meeting. On March 21, 2026, we want you to join us to witness, before God, this beautiful sacrament between Jaime and Cynthia.
