Fiume is great place with a speakeasy vibe. For those looking to drink a really well-made cocktail or beer in what seems like someone's living room. Downstairs is the restaurant/bar Abyssinia that serves amazing Ethopian food and much chiller bar vibes.
One of Cynthia's favorite places to stroll and shop is South Street into Queens Village. Grab an iced coffee at Ox; check out the VERY REASONABLY PRICED and great selection of vintage at Retrospect; explore the quirkyness of Philly Aids Thrift; spend all your money on apothecary essentials, vintage, home decor, and candles at Moon and Arrow; and them grab some pizza at Nomad.
Another of Cynthia's favorite places to go for a stroll. Get a coffee at Menagerie, shop at Vagabond and Cuttaloosa Collective (1/3 of this collective is TAVATINE, who helped design the wedding), pick up all your stationary needs at Omai Zakka, and treat yourself to an old-fashioned ice cream float or flavored seltzer at Franklin Fountain.
Located right next the venue is the Mutter Museum, if you're feeling sinister. America’s finest museum of medical history, the Mütter Museum displays its beautifully preserved collections of anatomical specimens, models, and medical instruments in a 19th-century “cabinet museum” setting.
An amazing public market with local vendors slinging food, cheese, meats, Amish goods, sweet treats...anything you're palate desires! Cynthia's father stops here every time he visits Philly to stock up! Be sure to check out Beiler's donuts, Termini Brothers Bakery, Smuckers, and more!
