Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our venue is Rose Hill Manor, at 42140 Raspberry Plain Ln, Leesburg, VA 20176 The ceremony will be outdoors, reception following the ceremony will be indoors.

When does the wedding start?

Answer

Gates to the venue open at 5pm. You will not be able to access the site, including the parking lot, before then. Ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. 4:40pm pick up time at our official hotel block, Springhill Suites Ashburn Dulles North. You may park at the hotel parking lot. The venue has free parking, but given the one-way road, we highly recommend you take advantage of the shuttle service. If you want to self-drive, please review the "Travel" section for a detailed note regarding the correct driving route, as the venue's street is a one-direction and Google/Apple maps will incorrectly route you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're so excited to see everyone dressed up! Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or a dressy blouse can be paired with formal trousers. Gentlemen can wear a suit or jacket, tie optional. The bride will be in white and the bridal party in dusty blue, if ladies can avoid white and dusty blue shades that'd be much appreciated!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, alongside your RSVP is the option to pick your entree of choice and note any allergies, intolerances or other dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space, we have a limited availability for additional guests. If you received an option for a plus one, they will appear with your name during formal RSVPs in the summer. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we have decided to have a child-free event. We hope you'll be able to let loose with us!

Are pets welcome?

Answer

While we love animals, the venue is not pet-friendly. If you have a service animal, please contact Cynthia or Nick so we can register your accommodation with our venue.
