Where can I book?

Answer

We have booked through Jeff Bries. If you book through Jeff Bries there is a 4 night minimum. Feel free to also book through Sandos, Booking.com, Expedia or any other booking website just know that with those there will be a 7 night minimum stay. Go to the link I have listed below, fill out the ‘Sandos Quote Request” and mention that you are apart of the Ellsworth-Sanders Wedding in the additional notes section. On the request form that Jeff provides there will be a question that asks what room you would like, we recommend going to the Sandos website and looking through their room options. What do I do after I book my trip?

Once you book your trip please contact the bride and groom and provide the following information: Booking number, Check-in date, Check-out date

What days will the bride and groom be at the resort?

Answer

We will be at the resort 2/19/26-2/26/26.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We understand that the resort is big and can accommodate a lot of people but the venue we chose does not. So, due to minimal seating, we're sorry that our wedding is limited to invite only.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully ask that our special day be adults only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Party. We know we will be in Mexico, but this is not a beach wedding. Ladies, please think sundresses, maxi dresses, cocktail dresses and jumpsuits. Men, please no shorts, think casual suits, button downs, polos, and slacks.

No, we are so grateful for the effort you’ll be making to join us for our destination wedding.

What are some activities that the resort has?

Answer

The resort has many different activities such as: pool & beach games, all inclusive water sports & diving, bike rentals, tennis, paddle & pickleball, a variety of shows, a spa, and a night club.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 1 pm. Followed by a cocktail hour at 4pm and reception at 5pm.
