The short version of the story is: we met "in the wild" on June 16, 2018 when we both attended a backyard barbecue hosted by a mutual friend and have been together ever since. If you'd like to know the detailed, extended version of the story, you'll have to join us on August 1, 2021 for our big celebration!

After much thought and discussion, we have decided to "elope," so that we can still get married on August 1, 2020. We will be hosting a small, outdoor ceremony for mostly immediate family, followed by a short cocktail hour. In light of the recent COVID-related developments, we have elected to postpone our reception until Aug. 1, 2021. We hope that 2021 will bring us a safer, healthier environment that will allow us to celebrate with you all the way we had originally planned. We will be sending out updates later in 2020/early 2021 about our new event. In the meantime, we wish you all good health!
