There is parking at the venue, but we do NOT want anyone drinking and driving after the reception. The road to the venue is long, narrow, windy, and not lit up at night. You may leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up by 10am on Sunday, May 19th. We will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the venue, with the shuttle point being The Grand Bay hotel where you can leave your car. You will not be able to Uber/Lyft from the wedding venue. More information to come!
Hopefully not! May is usually warm, but we will be in the redwoods so it could get a little chilly at night. We will have heaters and throw blankets just in case!
Yes!
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Due to limited space, we request that only the individuals on the addressed invitations attend the wedding. We will let you know closer to the date of the wedding if we begin to see more space in our guest list and if we can extend the invite to your potential plus ones! Thank you so much for your understanding.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. However, the ceremony is on grass, so be careful with those stilettos! Bridesmaids will be in full-length green-shade dresses. Please avoid white/cream/ivory-colored dresses, if you are unsure about your outfit, email Rebecca (rhr942@gmail.com)!
Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors (with heaters and throw blankets as needed), and the reception will be indoors.
There will be appetizers during cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, as well as a plated dinner during the reception. And, of course, dessert. Bring your appetites!
There will be an open bar beginning during cocktail hour and closing at the end of the night with beer, wine, signature cocktails, and well drinks! Hangovers are your fault, not ours.
