Parking Shuttle

Parking for handicap, motorcycles, and VIP can use the Fairground road entrance. All other vehicles are asked to use the main Fairgrounds entrance, park and await the golf cart shuttle we've arranged for those who prefer not to do walk the inclined driveway to the ceremony area. Shuttles will be available back to the parking area by request.

Shuttle from the main hotel to the ceremony and back.

October 4, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

By request, we can have a shuttle available leaving from the hotel at approximately 3:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m., and from venue back to hotel at 9:15 and 9:45 p.m. BY RESERVATION for those who forgot their dancing shoes or don't want to stay for the party atmosphere. This is also a reminder to please drink responsibly.
