Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Above all, we want our guests to be comfortable. We would like everyone to give their wardrobe choice the respect the day deserves. That said, we're still US and anything motorcycle, country, cowboy inspired is always the right choice. Ladies feel free to dress it up in your favorite gown or fancy dress. Gents - a collared shirt and jeans are welcome. Many are going to wear their after-party shirts for the whole event & we would love that support as well!

What is the space like?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors in a gravel area overlooking a lush, green field. While not fully temperature-controlled, the reception is in a covered indoor space. Bring a light jacket in the event it's cold, and dress lightly if the weather is predicted to be warm.

Are Children allowed?

Answer

While we cherish all of our family, we are asking that children are restricted to invite only of select immediate family members. We want all guests to be able to enjoy the day responsibly.

Accomodations

Answer

A hotel room block will be provided. Rooms are also available at our home and camper for out of town guests. On site primitive camping is also available from Friday through Sunday.

Shuttle / transportation

Answer

We will coordinate shuttle services to and from the hotel by request. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive from the wedding venue to ensure guests can enjoy themselves responsibly.

BYOB?

Answer

Water, Soda, Tea, Beer, Wine, and signature cocktails will be served to accommodate most guests' preferences. At the same time, we allow anyone to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) and enjoy your evening responsibly.

Handicap / Motorcycle Parking

Answer

Those guests who have joined us by motorcycle are welcome to use the Fairgrounds Rd entrance and park their bikes in the designated paved area. Guest who have handicap tags or mobility issues are invited to also use the Fairgrounds Rd Entrance and park in the designated grassy area before the first blue building.

Parking / Directions

From rt 99 Bellwood exit, head north on Skelp Mtn. Rd. Please use caution as this is a very curvy road heading up the mountain toward Sinking Valley. VIP/Handicap/Motorcycle parking will use the labeled Fairground Rd entrance. We ask all others to proceed down Skelp Mtn rd to the labeled main fairgrounds entrance. You'll park in the lower level parking lot where we've arranged for a golf cart to shuttle guests up the winding drive if you prefer not to walk. Follow signs to ceremony area.

Golf cart?

Answer

Yes, we've made arrangements for a six person golf cart to shuttle guests from the lower level parking and ceremony/reception areas throughout the day.

🎱 Pool Table? 🎱

Answer

Yes! The rumors are true! Were brining in a 7’ valley pool table for guests to enjoy during the later hours of the reception and definitely during the After Party. 🎱 we've heard there may even been a wedding tournament- who knows???

What events should I RsVP to and/or Attend? We have many guests we don’t get to see nearly often enough so especially if you're traveling from out of town, please feel free to attend the rehearsal, brunch and other activities planned. All arewlecome To join where they feel most comfortable.
