You may have already received a paper or digital invite, and tried to go to the website to RSVP. As of February 1, 2025, Cuquis and Kevin are hard at work finalizing the website, so please check back by February 14, 2025 and we should have it all ready for everyone to RSVP. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay tuned!
We imagine folks might want to share the company of good friends and family and/or save money on lodging, but you might not have a clue who is going and who to co-ordinate with. Have no fear! If this is something you are curious about, please send Cuquis or Kevin a message on Facebook, via text, via WhatsApp, or whatever means, and we can help you co-ordinate with other guests. We're considering having a "Canadian House," a "FreedomCommunity Theme Camp" as well as reserving hotel blocks at a Memorial City hotel.
Since Cuquis lives in Memorial City, TX, it would be best to find lodging in that area, around Town and Country Blvd (Memorial City Center). The wedding day itself is happening out in Shirley Acres at 217 Woerner Rd, Houston, TX 77090; but the rest of our hanging out will happen closer in the Memorial City area / Houston proper. We also have a link on the Travel page of our website that has a list of Air BnB options near our area.
We ask that folks get their RSVP to us ASAP, but please no later than September 7, 2025. We understand that some folks might not know until the very last minute whether they can make it - and we will plan for that to some degree. Even so, if you can, please let us know sooner than later (we hope that by May or June we'll have most folks determined - fingers crossed!) so we can help folks co-ordinate travel plans and lodging etc. Thanks so much for your understanding in this.
Great question! We've made an e-mail just for that: bonobowedding2025@gmail.com Any questions, let us know! You can also call, text, WhatsApp, Facebook, IG, or use whatever newfangled tech you kids use these days to communicate.
During the wedding, there will be an hour during the dancing called Hora Loca ("Crazy Hour") where we welcome folks who are interested to have an optional costume change into family fun attire that is more befitting of "La Carnival" or "That Thing In The Desert." If you need inspiration - imagine mardi gras vibrancy with crazy headpieces, sparkly outfits, sparkly fringes, or have a look at a Brazilian carnival.
