For those coming from out of state, the closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (1 hr 15 minutes away), with the second closest airport being Portland International Airport (1 hr 45 minutes away). You can either rent a car, or take the Amtrak Cascades train from either location to Olympia and then Uber to the venue (30 minutes). For both Portland and Seattle, the train station is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Be forewarned, Washington has the steepest Uber rates in the country, so it may end up being cheaper to rent a car!
The Millersylvania State Park Retreat Center has 19 cabins with beds for 150, so everyone who attends will have a spot to crash at the venue! They are summer camp cabins with multiple beds per room, so if you would feel more comfortable in a hotel, there are many nearby.
