Things To Do
There's lot's to do in the area if you want to fill your time before the wedding! The retreat center is on a lake, and canoes and kayaks are provided with our rental. There's also a large trail system if you want to go for a nature walk or hike.
Outside of the state park, Olympia is the closest big city. Check out the Olympia Farmers Market, go birdwatching at the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, drink from the Artesian Well and seal your fate to die in Olympia, walk amongst the Mima Mounds, walk amongst the Capitol Buildings and the boardwalk, or go to the Puget Sound Estuarium to see some local species.
