Back in the summer of 2015, Kim and Ryan were both living in Houston, TX. An ultimate frisbee team called Thump took both of us on the team and we became quick friends. After a few practices and parties, sparks started to fly and we went on our first date to a bar called The Ginger Man. An around the world trip, a visit in Europe and a move to Boston later, we are finally home.

After landing in Austin, TX for a long weekend for Austin City Limits Music Festival, Kim and Ryan started on a walk for food. After a little over a mile, a hangry Kim started asking about where we were going and what these dinner plans were. All the walking caused a little blood sugar drop, but after a few snacks and a sweaty march, we arrived at a dock with a beautiful view of the Austin skyline. Ryan dropped down to one knee and eventually got a "yes" after many other first reactions. We then finally made it to dinner where David, Dan and Jess were waiting for us with champagne ready. It was a perfect start to a great weekend with our closest friends.
