Cocktail Attire
Welcome Cocktail Hour & Hors d'Oeuvres: Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail hour and served Hors d'Oeuvres upon arrival. Three-Course Meal: First Course: Sablé tomatoes "caprese" style with stracciatella, burrata, and basil cream. Second Course: Mediterranea style tortello with crustacean bisque, squids, shrimps, and clams. Third Course: Low-temperature cooked veal with apple vinegar and baby spinach. Wine Selection: Guests will have the choice of red or white wine during dinner. Desserts: A fruit corner and pastry delights will be available after dinner. Open Bar: After the cake cutting ceremony, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy. Special Note: It is a set menu, but accommodations can be made for dietary restrictions.
