What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Attire is Semi-Formal. We do require all guests to be appropriately dressed for the entirety of the wedding. A "semi-formal wedding" means that guests should dress up slightly beyond casual attire, but not as formally as a black-tie event. Appropriate attire for women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, nice pantsuits, blouses with dress pants. Appropriate attire for men: Suit with a tie, dress shirt with slacks.

Are children welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we want to ensure that all of our guests are able to relax and enjoy themselves, so we have made the decision to make our wedding weekend an adults-only event. We thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask all other guests to please not bring a plus one. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your wedding invite.

Is it a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We're excited to offer an open bar, and while drinks are on us, please consider tipping the bartenders with cash! The open bar will include beer, wine, mixed cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Candlewood Inn venue has plenty of parking onsite for guests!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Guests can take advantage of a complimentary shuttle departing the Courtyard Marriott at 4:10 PM, with return service to the hotel at 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hopeful the New England weather will be in our favor, allowing us to have an outdoor ceremony and partially outdoor cocktail hour! The reception will however be held indoors!
