We’re getting hitched!

It all started in August of 2019, when Jess and Eric swiped right on Bumble and unknowingly set the wheels in motion for the adventure of a lifetime. Their first date followed shortly after in Burlington MA, and was described by Jessica as, "fine, but he’s too nice and he yapped a lot." Despite her initial hesitation (and secretly hoping Eric would show a little more 'tude), she agreed to a second date, likely due to the groom's dashing good looks- but we won't tell him that. Somewhere along the way, the groom did something right and they discovered just how well her wit and his sense of humor kept them laughing together. The rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward a few years, Jess and Eric officially put down roots in March, 2022 when they bought their first home in Rhode Island. It was a bit of a fixer-upper and nothing tests if you're marriage material like assembling furniture together without losing your cool. Spoiler, they survived and so did the toilets (eventually.) Now, they share their lives with their three beautiful fur-babies: Bella, the ultimate daddy's girl; Benji, the Switzerland of the group (neutral to the core); and Jasper, the quintessential momma's boy. In September 2023, Eric proposed during an unforgettable trip to Sedona, Arizona, with some extra help from Jess’s maid-of-honor. What started as a simple quest to find the perfect view turned into a memorable story—picture a narrow trail on the edge of a mountain, an impromptu rescue by a group of strangers in OHRVs, and a surprise proposal on the stunning red rocks. After 6+ years of love, laughter, and the occasional debate over what house project is next, Jess and Eric are excited to say "I do." They can't wait to create more unforgettable memories and celebrate their big day with all of you!
