What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception/dinner will be inside. If there are any signs of rain or something comes up weather wise, then everything will be moved inside.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is very easy to get to. You can easily Drive to the location. There will be complementary valet parking as well so you don't have to worry about parking.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The start time for the wedding is 5:00 pm. please arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can admire the location and be ready for the ceremony. We recommend checking how far the location is before the event and again when driving to avoid any traffic issues.

Valet Parking is free! Once arriving at Deercreek, there will be a person that will valet your vehicle for free.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes! We have reserved 3 hotels for your convenience, all listed on the page Travel / Viagem. All of the hotels have a direct link with the wedding discount. The couple will be staying at the DoubleTree hotel were we will organize a brunch the day after the wedding ($18 per person).

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is January 6th, 2022. We do encourage that you RSVP online as soon as possible so it will be easier for us to track our guest count. Let us know if you have any issues with your RSVP.

We super encourage you to take pictures of the wedding! However we will be having a *Unplugged* Ceremony. So keep those cameras and phones off and fully charged ready for the cocktail hour and reception time!
