Maid of Honor
A friendship set up by an overzealous manager attempting to “meet cute” two employees, Garri and Caumera have been best friends since their introduction. More recently, the two have upgraded their titles to “sisters” in the spiritual sense after Caumera delivered an awesome Maid of Honor speech at Garri’s wedding. Though Garri lives in Portland, Oregon now, she has promised to travel for all wedding festivities with little complaint.
Best Man
Paul was one of the first people Cam met when he moved to LA. They became fast friends due to their love of wrestling, movies, and Cams’ willingness to go to A LOT of comedy and improv shows. They've survived the Patriots vs Dolphins rivalry every football season (though the 2022 season is testing the limits as the Dolphins now have the upper hand). Still, after all the wrestling chants they’ve yelled that caused them to lose their voices, their friendship remains strong 7+ years on.
Bridesmaid
Caumera met this bridesmaid while working at Ranker and their friendship blossomed into GOOD TIMES ONLY (yes, even through the bad or rough times)! Though Daren is affectionately known as the wrangler of the best experiences in Caumera’s heart, she did not plan this celebration. If you don’t enjoy yourself, it’s because the bride didn’t ask Daren for a vibe check.
Groomsman
Late in his college career, Cam was introduced to Jorge and in no time at all they became great friends. They've been roommates, they've spent Christmases with each other, and they have covered the gambit of life experiences together. For more information ask Jorge about the double happy hour incident.
Bridesmaid
Though the first 6 months of their friendship began over Slack messaging, Caumera cannot imagine a life without Katie. Their friendship has blossomed over many a night coming up with ridiculous business ideas that are probably solid gold. As Caumera wrote an AMAZING letter of recommendation that basically got Katie into Grad School, the bride is expecting something just as great to be written by this bridesmaid. No pressure!
Groomsman
Sam and Cam's relationship is built off of two things: movies are great and puns are hilarious. Although Sam faults Cam for his Pokémon Go "addiction" (gotta catch ‘em all) their friendship has endured due to many movie nights. They are guaranteed to keep each other in stitches while everyone around them, including Caumera, groans.
Bridesmaid
Diana isn’t just a bridesmaid, she is a roommate of another bridesmaid (you’ll have to guess which). Caumera is unclear if she met Diana through work or through this fellow bridesmaid first, but she is 100% positive her life has become 25% better because of the introduction. Regardless of how they met, they find joy in slowly realizing how similar the pair are: most recently, in a text exchange they realized their TikTok feeds were exactly the same.
Groomsman
Zach has been one of Cam's longtime friends since college. Although their friendship did not kick into high gear until after graduation, the two have remained close friends even while living on opposite sides of the country. All it takes is for a wrestler in one of their favorite promotions to make his or her return from injury and Cam and Zach are catching up like no time has passed at all.
Bridesmaid
Their friendship may have started because of Cameron, but Jessica and Caumera have built up their bond through serious workouts, walks, and discussions at Republic of Pie all on their own. Though the Best Man might introduce you to his wife, Jessica, at the celebration, the bride urges you to remember that this is the one night being Caumera’s bridesmaid is more important.
Groomsman
When Cam first moved out to LA, he worked on an indie film called “Of Fortune and Gold” (try to find it, bet you can’t). That one job introduced him to lead Production Assistant, Ed. With a shared love of movies and the promise of becoming a hockey fan, Cam was able to win Ed over. Almost 8 years later, they have become great friends and even, for a few years there, roommates... Ed doesn’t hold Cam never becoming a hockey fan against him too much!
Floral Distribution Agent
Tabitha and Caumera decided they were friends after they both found out they finished and had the same feelings about the same book during a slack conversation. From there, they discovered they were pretty much the exact same person. When Tabitha was asked to be a flower girl, she asked if it was suitable to be “extra” (which Caumera would have asked this for herself). This is why her title is “Floral Distribution Agent.” Please ask her what this means.
Groomsman
Adam and Cam were lucky enough to meet through Ed, who also happened to be the one to introduce both of them (at seperate times) to Dungeons and Dragons. Many an adventure later, they have defeated the Knightmare King, dealt with Actual Cannibal Shia LaBeouf, and fought back The Scortch to defend the critters of Humblewood. Cam couldn’t ask for a better Dungeon Master or party member… and Adam can ask for whatever he wants.
Officiant
Maggie is not only the officiant of the wedding both in Los Angeles and Paris, but she is the kind of best friend who won't bat an eye at the request to host an intimate gathering in her childhood home where you both became the people you are today. She is currently not looking for any new best friends.
