Are kids welcome at the event?
Answer
Although we adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only. We kindly request that all other guests make arrangements for a child-free evening so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding!
Question
Where should I stay if I'm traveling from out of town?
Answer
We truly appreciate you making the trip to celebrate with us! The wedding party will be staying at The Inn at Saratoga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which is just a 5-minute drive from the venue. We’d love for you to stay here and join us for some pre- and post-wedding festivities (more details to come!). However, there are also plenty of other hotel options available in the surrounding area to suit your preferences.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

The ceremony will take place on October 11, 2025, and will start promptly at 5:00 PM, so please don’t be late! Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4:30 PM to enjoy a drink and settle in before the celebration begins.

We will be serving a delicious buffet-style dinner with a variety of options, including salads, sides, and entrées. Vegetarian options will be available as well. Enjoy unlimited house beer, wine, and drinks, throughout the evening!

Event dress code is cocktail attire: a balance between formal and casual, polished yet comfortable. For women, this typically means a knee-length, midi, or tea-length dress, a chic jumpsuit, or a dressy pantsuit. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and a dress shirt is appropriate, with a tie being optional but always a nice touch. Should I bring a jacket?

Our wedding will be completely outdoors, and evenings in Saratoga can get chilly. While October typically has a low chance of rain (around 7%), temperatures can drop after sunset. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay comfortable. As the date gets closer, we will send reminders about the weather so you can plan accordingly!

Yes! Parking will be available at the venue, and there is plenty of space for all guests. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony begins (5pm). If you plan to enjoy drinks, consider using a ride share service or carpooling.
