CAN I BRING A DATE?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, then it's just you as our guest!

Do I need to RSVP to attend the Event?

Answer

Yes, we will need your RSVP by September 17, 2021 as we do need to provide a final head-count for seating arrangements and food selection. Guest invites are limited to only those listed on your RSVP page so please do not invite additional people or guests not listed on your RSVP page. If you do not RSVP, we will have to assume you will not be joining us on our special day and will be unable to accommodate anyone who shows up without having provided a proper RSVP.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, then it's just you as our guest (and anyone listed on your RSVP page) and you get to have a kid free weekend!

COVID: WILL A VACCINE BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND YOUR WEDDING?

Answer

No, BUT we highly encourage it. We are following the CDC and state guidelines in regards to COVID-19 vaccination and safety. Please do your part and be considerate to others.

Yes, all venue staff have been fully vaccinated.

COVID: WILL MASKS BE REQUIRED?

Answer

Masks will not be required, but you can wear at your own discretion/ comfort level.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the listed ceremony time on the invitation to give yourself enough time to park and find your way to the ceremony lawn at Aspen Grove.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

October, the same as September, is a cool autumn month in Mammoth Lakes, California, with average temperature ranging between max 55.2°F (12.9°C) and min 31.8°F (-0.1°C). We encourage everyone to bring a jacket to stay cozy during the Ceremony & Reception as needed!

LADIES: DO I NEED TO WEAR A SPECIFIC SHOE FOR THE VENUE?

Answer

If you plan to wear heels, we would recommend block heels. The outdoor Ceremony space on Aspen Grove does have grass.
