Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is festive formal attire: think suits, gowns, and dressy cocktail dresses.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the church has a small parking lot. If the lot is full there is plenty of street parking available within a few blocks of the church.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow yourself plenty of time to find parking and get seated.

Question

What's the weather like in June in Sacramento?

Answer

Late June temperatures in Sacramento range from highs of 90°F - 92°F to lows of around 57°F - 60°F. Days are dry and warm and evenings can be gently breezy if we're blessed with the world-famous Delta Breeze. And for all of our friends coming from the South or the East Coast, no need to fear, we have no humidity here!

Question

Will there be Greek dancing at your wedding?

Answer

OPA! Of course! We love to Greek dance. Hop in the line with us and you'll pick it up in no time, but if you'd like to be Kalamatiano-ready for the big day here are some great videos to learn the basics: https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-ideas/greek-wedding-dance-videos

Question

What's the best kind of olive?

Answer

If you ask Kyriako, it's a kalamata. If you ask Eleni, it's a castelvetrano. But in the end, we love all olives.
