The sooner the better! The earlier you book, the longer you have to make payments. As a bonus, you will also have more rooms to choose from. That being said, we turn in our ceremony count 90 days before sailing, 26 January 2026, if you have not booked by that time, you will not be added to our count. ➖ ⁛Please RSVP as soon as you book your cabin, or know that you will not make it⁛
This is such a unique situation in that we are vacationing and having a wedding at the same time! While we cannot tell you who to bring on your sailing, just let us know if you do add anyone else.
Even if you get sea sick on small boats, the likelihood of getting sick on this ship is very small. It is the large cruise ship therefore, you barely feel it move (it's sort of like a floating resort in the middle of the ocean). However, many people take precautions to prevent sea sickness, just in case. There are two options for this. ⦁Option 1⦁ is to take Dramamine once a day in the morning when you wake up. There non-drowsy dramamine before cruising at CVS or Walgreens and takes it every day, just in case. ⦁Option 2⦁ is to get a Scopolamine Transdermal Patch from your doctor before cruising. This is a Prescription patch that you can place behind your ear before boarding the ship that greatly helps with motion sickness. There is also medical aboard if you ever need to visit them for sickness or anything else that may come about.
Technically no, however it is strongly encouraged especially with this far in advance notice. If for some reason you were late coming back to the ship while in port or had an emergency it could create even more headaches trying to get home without a passport.
If using a passport, it must be valid for 6 months after travel. In lieu of a passport, everyone is required to have a certified birth certificate (not a copy) as well as a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license) to travel. Also, if you've recently had a name change and the name on your passport does not match, you will need to take an extra step.
Absolutely not! You don't even have to get off the ship when we're at port if you don't want to. Again, this is YOUR vacation and we want you to do whatever makes you happy. However, if you would like to book excursions, such as snorkeling or a sightseeing tour, you can do so through your Royal Caribbean account once your cruise is linked. Excursions can also be booked once onboard, however, they are typically more expensive and may also sell out before boarding.
If you download the Royal Caribbean app and sign in, you will be able to communicate with other guests on our cruise via the messaging feature for Free while on the ship. However, if you would like to communicate with people not on our cruise, you will need to purchase the internet package offered by Royal Caribbean or wait until we reach a port in order to have cell phone service.
Of course! There will be plenty of events and activities that you can do on your own or with others throughout the cruise. The App will list them everyday for you. We are looking forward to : Match your mate, The Quest game (Dom team actually won last Cruise!) Comedy show, Triva, Pool Side - Sexist man comp, belly flop comp.
Our group will have an assigned area with several tables in the Main dining room ready for us for dinner at 7pm every night. However, the only night that we ask you to dine in the main dining room is on our wedding night, so we can spend time with everyone and also cut our wedding cake. You are welcome to eat anywhere you would like on the other nights. Our space will always remain ready for 7pm dinner in the main dining room each night, regardless of who shows up, so there is no need to RSVP for dinners besides the specialty dining that requires an upcharge.
Yes, check-in for the cruise begins 45 days before departure, which is Feb 27th 2026. As early as 12am EST on Feb. 27th you will be able to log in to Royal Caribbean via the website or mobile app and select a boarding time. We typically like to select the earliest boarding time so that we can get on the ship and start exploring, but you can choose whichever boarding time is convenient for you (it's usually anywhere from 10:30am-2:30pm).
