Arrival To Miami

We recommend flying in the day before the cruise to be safe, at minimum.

Colorado weather can be unpredictable, and flight times often change, so we want to make sure you don’t risk missing the ship. This is something we Always do. Feel free to stay at Staybridge suites with us, or any hotel of your choice. We will be here April 10th till 13th. We have a group rate with them ⦁ Studio Suite (Queen + pull out sofa): $139 + 13% tax / night. ⦁ One bedroom (King + pull out): $154 + 13% ⦁ 2 Bed Suite ( 2 Queen + pull out): $179 + 13% ⦁ 2 Bed Suite (1 King + 2 doubles + pullout) $299 + 13% To book you can call them directly and let them know its under Wedding Group April 2026. Meet and Mingle Welcome

Before we sail off into wedded bliss, come eat, drink, and mingle with us at our Meet & Mingle Taco Bash! No vows, just tacos. No speeches, just margaritas. It’s the perfect chance to meet the crew before we cruise! We will have a Taco Bar with Chicken & Carne Asada, Chips & Salsa and Open bar.

Embarkation Day!

8:15 am - 3:00 pm

Arriving at the cruise ship terminal can be a bit overwhelming. The luggage drop-off area is always very busy, but once inside the terminal, it's smooth sailing. Ship Depart from Terminal at 4:30 SHARP! The cruise will not wait for you! ∵YOU MUST ONBOARD 90 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME∵

Upon arrival, you will hand your suitcases to a Porter, who will hand them off to be delivered to your stateroom (luggage tags for your specific stateroom will be emailed to you by Royal Caribbean, which you will need to attach to each of your bags beforehand). You are allowed to bring a carry on with you, such as a backpack, purse, or pool bag. We suggest having a change of clothes, such as a swimsuit and flops, in that. Your suitcases may not arrive to your stateroom until 5pm, so bring any other necessities (like medication and sunscreen) in your carry on. Once aboard, head to the buffet or pool spots, walk around, enjoy the welcome party. Rooms are usually not ready until 1pm- keys will be at your door. This is needed for room lights, drinks, and purchases also. Follow the on-screen instructions for the mandatory muster drill. Meet us at Mason Jar Bar - 3:30pm for a proper hello, and goodie bag! Then Enjoy dinner - how ever you like, main dinning room or 'quick service'

Day 2 - Private Island

7:00 am - 12:45 pm

Welcome to Royal Caribbean’s private island, CocoCay! Here's what you need to know:

⦁ Seapass: You still need your Seapass card to get on and off the island. ⦁ Drink Packages: If you have a drink package, it can be used here on CocoCay. ⦁ Tram Service: There’s a tram for most of the island (except Seaside Point). ⦁ Food: Several food spots available; we hear the Snack Shack has the best chicken sandwich! ⦁ Towels: No need to bring towels from the ship—there are towel stations on land. ⦁ Swimsuits: Please bring your beach bags to change into your beachwear to enjoy the island before reception! ➖➖ Here’s a list of things to do on CocoCay: ⦁Thrill Waterpark ⦁Snorkeling ⦁Jet Skis & Water Sports ⦁Zip Line ⦁South Beach - Floating Bar ⦁Harbor Beach - Calmest Beach with Inlet Water ⦁Oasis Lagoon - Swim-Up Bar ⦁Breezy Bay - Beach Games ⦁Splashaway Bay - Kid-Friendly Water Park ➖ Enjoy your time on CocoCay

Day 3 Nassau, Bahamas

8:00 am - 4:45 pm

You have the freedom to explore Nassau however you like! You can simply get off the ship and stroll through the town, taking in the local sights, shops, and restaurants. Alternatively, you can book an excursion online before your cruise to make the most of your time on the island. If you'd like to enjoy a local beach without paying for an excursion, Junkanoo Beach is just a 15-minute walk from the port. There, you can rent beach chairs and relax while taking in the beautiful Bahamian waters. You can also just soak up the ship and enjoy what you paid for! - just note that gambling and shopping are not allowed to be open when in port

Day 4 - Sea Day

12:00 am - 11:45 pm

If you haven't had time to explore the ship, now's the time to do it!

With so much to choose from—mini golf, ice skating, shows, rock climbing, casino, — I'm sure there's something to keep you busy! Or wind down and relax by the pool or with a spa treatment! The day is yours! You can also come hang out with the Bride & Groom; If you please, at ___ for a hangout. This is the night that you make sure your suitcase is packed and ready for pickup if you are Not using Express disembarkation. Tag them, place outside your door and your stateroom host will take them away by midnight to give them to the porters at the terminal.

Time to go Home

6:00 am - 7:45 am

Cafe Promenade & Windjammer both serve breakfast if you’d like to eat before you disembark by 9 am

Your bags, which you left out the night before, will be available in the terminal, or if you prefer, you can walk off with them to avoid waiting. We suggest booking flights after 1 p.m. to allow plenty of time from ship, and to get through air port security. Thank you for celebrating with us, and have safe travels home!
