What's dress code?

Answer

Please refer to the schedule page for dress code specifics per event! In general, we recommend avoiding wearing white or red if possible

What is the RSVP Deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 30th, 2024.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at one of our two designated hotels, there will be transportation running between the venue and resort continuously throughout the evening of our wedding.

Do I have to stay in the recommended hotels?

Answer

No, but we highly recommend it, as transportation will be provided to and from the designated hotels for the big wedding night and this is the most convenient and safe option. We especially recommend staying at our main hotel Valentin Imperial if you're able to given most wedding events will take place on site You are welcome to stay at another hotel outside of the 2 we’ve recommended, but please note that you will need to coordinate your own transportation to wedding events

Which dates would you recommend I come for?

Answer

We recommend flying in Sunday, December 29th and out January 1st if you are able to stay at Valentin Imperial to attend all wedding events. That said, the most important nights are December 30th for sunset cocktails and, of course, December 31st, our wedding night! You are of course welcome to stay longer than those dates as well - we will certainly be sticking around beyond January 1st :)

Which events can I attend if I’m not staying at Valentin Imperial?

Answer

You can attend the sunset cocktails on December 30th and the entire wedding ceremony and reception on December 31st. If you’d like to join us for additional events, please let us know and we will see if there’s something that can be arranged!

I’m still a bit confused! Can you clarify which hotel I should stay in and when?

Answer

If you are able to do the full shebang with us, stay at the Valentin Imperial for 3 nights Dec 29th-Jan 2nd and we will have official events planned throughout (although you’re very welcome to stay beyond those dates!) If you are unable to make 3 nights work and/or are looking for a more budget friendly options, please stay at our secondary hotel, the Residence Inn by Marriott Cancun, for 1-2 nights Dec 30th-Jan 1st. You will be able to attend the wedding eve sunset cocktails and all the wedding night festivities

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, kids are not welcome at the wedding ceremony and reception. That said, they are welcome to join us in Cancun at our secondary hotel or an alternative resort and we can arrange for childcare right next to the wedding venue for that night (which has successfully been done before at this venue with friends of ours!).
