Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail, Dressy Casual Attire

If you are local or in town early you are welcome to join us for drinks and light bites at a restaurant called Emmett's in downtown Downer's Grove. This is located approximately 20 minutes from the Hyatt Lodge. We will have a shuttle running to and from the Hyatt Lodge until midnight. The shuttle will depart the Hyatt Lodge every hour on the half hour starting at 6:30pm and last departing at 11:30pm. The shuttle will depart Emmett's in Downer's Grove every hour on the hour starting at 7:00pm and last departing at 12:00am. If you are not coming from the hotel or choose to get there on your own, there is street parking and some available nearby lots however It can get busy on a Friday night. There are rideshare options available such as Uber or Lyft as well.

Ceremony

5:00 pm

Ceremony will take place outside the hotel in the grassy patch in front of the pond followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. The rest of the evening will be indoors.

After Party

12:00 am - 2:00 am

If you don't want the party to end we will have the Hyatt Lodge hotel bar reserved with a full bar menu open for purchase following the reception!
