There was a void, then there was Steph. As much as I sometimes think "if only we had met sooner" the truth is, she came into my life at exactly the right moment. An amazing first date led to an unforgettable second. Before I knew it, "we" felt like forever. A beginning that now feels like a lifetime ago, with no end in sight. She's beautiful, smart, funny, and independent. An incredible mother and partner, who even on my best day, I couldn't have dreamed up. She fills my life with gratitude and excitement for what's ahead. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her, creating memories filled with joy and laughter.

Chris is the man of my dreams! Butterflies in the tummy, uncontrollable smile, blushing at weird times kind of love of my life. From the moment we met, I was enamored with how amazing he is as a dad, how great he is as a partner and how much fun we have just being together. He likes the pool over the beach, a local b&b over a 5-start hotel, a dive over a trendy bar and learns the words to pop songs just to make me happy. I'm so lucky to be spending forever with him.

Maid of Honor
Maddy is the daughter of the bride, and also her very best friend. Maddy was hesitant to meet Chris at first. But she was sold when he matched her sarcasm jab for jab over our first dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. It was only a matter of time before she told him out loud that she loved him for the first time, and a single tear fell down his cheek. She's called him her step-dad since before we were even engaged, and we're so proud and excited to have her sharing this day with us. Making that title official!
Will Windecker
Best Man
We couldn't imagine a better guy standing with us as we commit our lives to each other. Will was the first of Chris's friends to meet Steph. We knew we were falling in love, and needed an outside source to co-sign our crazy! Will was on board right away. We said "I love you" for the first time the same night. Will has been an integral part our lives ever since. We couldn't be happier to have him as part of this special time with us!

Bridesmaid
To call Monica the bride’s best friend, simply doesn’t accurately depict her position. Of course, she has been a constant over 17 years of friendship, even when there are a few years between visits. And sure, she has always been a confidant and enthusiastic partner in crime. But even more impactful than friendship, has been the role model Monica has been. The wife, mother, and partner she is, is the measuring stick by which success should be measured. The patience, kindness, understanding and love shared within her marriage are what we all strive for. I know we’re right for each other because I feel these things in our relationship too. We are elated to have Monica as part of our lives together!
Zachary Crook

Zach is the bride's son and the sweetest little guy anyone could meet! Zach had a tough year before meeting Chris. He went through a lot of change in a short period of time. We weren't sure how he would do with even more. But with almost no guidance, Chris knew just how to interact with him. The two hit it off immediately. Zach even reached out to hold Chris's hand on the first night they met. From that night on, the two built a remarkable connection. Filled with moments of love, giggles, memorable moments and couch snuggles. We hope Zach understands just how much it means to us to have him be a part of this day, and all the other ones with us!
Archer Scalia
Groomsman
Archer is the one and only son of the groom! He's energetic, silly and kind. Arch shared that he was nervous about meeting Steph for the first time. He wanted to make a good impression. He didn't know she was the one auditioning! Following a great first date, Steph and Arch quickly decided on a second. Lunch together and baking a treat, with matching aprons of course! In almost no time at all, we were all spending more time together than apart. Archer answered "Of course!" when Chris asked if he would be ok with him asking Steph to marry him, and thought March of '27 was way too long to wait for a wedding! We can't wait for the day to be here either. And for this guy to be sharing it with us!
