How sweet it is to be loved by you

Jake and Madi met at the Father's House Church in Roseville, CA where Madi had been attending for a few months. Their first introduction was in a small bible study group on a Tuesday evening in October of 2022. Jake thought Madi was kind of weird when he first met her and had no intention of pursuing her as she was also in a long-distance relationship at the time. But Madi heard God telling her that Jake was the person she was supposed to marry one day (which she thought was crazy and was just a symptom of long distance loneliness-- spoiler: it wasn't!). She prayed day and night about it for a couple weeks and couldn't shake the feeling. She broke off her long distance relationship and was ready to be single for a while. However, the following week, Jake asked her to hang out. For their first date, Jake took the two of them thrifting and to lunch at Ciro's Pizza Cafe. They continued getting to know each other and quickly became inseparable. Now, they'll be hanging out for the rest of their lives! They consider each other a mutual gift from God and each other's best friend. Some things are just meant to be. Jake and Madi are one of those things.
