FAQs

If you have any other questions not addressed here, please reach out to Rebecca via Facebook or by text message. (I do not answer unknown phone numbers and work nights, therefore written messages are easiest for me to respond to).
Question

Don't you need new stuff?

Answer

Actually, no! We have been trying to reduce how much *stuff* we have. In college, we both had fully furnished apartments that we have since combined! However, we do not have many adventurous experiences together outside of going to the beach and sightseeing local cities. We would prefer to increase our exposure to America rather than our list of material belongings!

Question

How did you guys meet?

Answer

The short answer? College! The long answer? (Bear in mind Rebecca has big gaps in her memory of college.) According to Ian, the two met in the college coffee shop, Common Grounds. Unfortunately, Rebecca has no memory of the meeting! According to Rebecca, the two met for the first time the following semester in the parking lot outside of her apartment in a group of friends. Either way, it was on William Carey University's campus!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your RSVP does not specifically state +1, please do not assume your lovely date will have a chair.

Question

Do I have to come?

Answer

I mean, no. We can't make you come. But if you were invited, we would love to see you! Congratulations, you made the cut!

Question

I need to spend the night, where should I stay?

Answer

Please refer to the Travel tab!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or Sunday best, please. The wedding party will be dressed in black. If you can't decide what to wear, black is a timeless, classic look!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

If we included enough on your RSVP for the children, yes. Otherwise, we would love to see you have the afternoon off while we visit!

For all the days along the way
