We both attended William Carey University for our bachelor degrees. He charmed me from the first time I remember meeting him with his sense of humor and a deck of cards. I, on the other hand, did not dazzle Ian in the least the first time we met. Somehow I won him over; perhaps it was the crutches glued to my hands? The world may never know. After several months of friendship and my being carried up and down dozens of staircases (yay for broken bones!), I finally agreed to dating. We both finished our studies and graduated from William Carey University. An international karate tournament, a few natural disasters, an internship, a cross-country move, and 2 dogs later, Ian asked me to marry him and I'm finally planning on meeting him at the church.
