Palm coast is just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine. There is a ton of excellent restaurants, shops, and bars in the downtown area. I highly recommend visiting Ice Bar if you venture that way.

Enjoy the on-site spa and some world class golfing at Hammock Beach Resort. The resort also has bikes available, a recreation center with ping pong and other games, a lazy river, putt putt, multiple pools, hot tubs, and various other activities. On the beach, there is a local family group that rent out boogie boards, surfboards and you can pay for a surf lesson right there on the beach in front of the hotel. There are also quite a few restaurants and bars onsite. Be sure to call ahead for reservations. They do get pretty busy and there will be another wedding taking place that same weekend at the resort.
