We welcome our friends and family to bring their children, but we are also supportive of you having a kid free getaway - it’s totally up to you. The resort offers a wide range of activities that they can enjoy. The resort also offers a Kids Crew morning and evening drop off program for kids ages 4-12. Reservations are required and may not be available the day of the wedding, so be sure to contact the resort in advance. We are currently working to see if we can have a childcare area set up near the ceremony, so the kids can play/ do a fun activity and enjoy themselves during that time, but we are still figuring out the details on if it’s do-able. We will provide an update on our wedding website if we can make this happen :)
The ceremony will take place at Hammock Beach Resort at 5pm on the oceanfront lawn by the Atlantic Grille with cocktails and reception to follow in the tent behind the lawn.
It will be hot, most likely in the 80s, but with just enough ocean breeze to keep you comfortable.
Fingers crossed for no rain!! However, we do have an indoor backup plan for the ceremony at The Conservatory. Guests will have the option to drive or shuttle there. The hotel event supervisor will make that call a few hours before the event if we have to move the wedding to the indoor venue. 300 Conservatory Drive Palm Coast, FL 32137
We want everyone to dress to impress, so please wear formal attire for the ceremony and reception i.e. long dresses, white dinner jackets, black tie optional. For the rehearsal dinner, please wear cocktail attire :)
Formal Invitations will be mailed that will include an RSVP card for guests who wish to RSVP by mail. You may also RSVP through our wedding website. Please be sure to include all of the names of your family’s party who will be able to attend.
