Where is your venue?

Answer

The Mansfield Barn, 3 Irish Farm Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. The ceremony and reception will both take place at this location.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at the venue, there is a dedicated and marked space on the lawn area on your right as you enter.

Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors, should there be inclement weather, we will have a large event tent! The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We request that guests wear cocktail attire. For men, a suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. For ladies, a midi or knee length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Are there reserved hotel room blocks at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved hotel room blocks with hotels all located in South Burlington, VT. The hotel room block details can be found under the Hotels section on our website.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones unless explicitly mentioned on your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring children?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, our bar will be as open as the dance floor—so come ready to celebrate!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Our Ceremony will take place at 4:00pm, we ask that guests arrive 30-45 minutes beforehand to ensure everyone is in their seats before the ceremony starts.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle available for transportation to pick up and drop off guests from the hotels listed under the Hotels section of our website. There will not be multiple pick ups/drop offs so please ensure you are ready! The hotels are approximately 25 minutes from the venue. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our shuttle will not be picking up or dropping off guests at the Homewood Suites Hotel - Our shuttle will be making two stops; the first stop is at the Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn and the second stop is at the Doubletree. If you would still like to stay at the Homewood Suites but would like to take the shuttle, Best Western / Doubletree are located half a mile away. *Additional details and specifics of timing for shuttle pick up and drop off are posted under the Hotels and Transportation section on our website.
