Notes for Out of Town Guests
-Our wedding venue is 45 minutes outside of Syracuse, NY. -The best airport to fly into is Syracuse Hancock International Airport and you have a 45-minute drive from there. -Lodging will be best in Verona, NY around the Turning Stone Casino area, venue is a 15-minute drive from there. -SHUTTLES WILL BE PROVIDED! Shuttle
First Student Charter(Yellow School Bus)
September 6, 2025 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
There will be a shuttle that makes one trip from Turning Stone Resort and Casino on Saturday. It will arrive at the casino at 2:30PM and depart at 2:45PM with an arrival at Hayloft on the Arch at 3:00PM. You will look for a YELLOW SCHOOL BUS that says FIRST STUDENT CHARTER! Two buses will arrive at Hayloft on the Arch at the end of the night. One will arrive at 9:30PM and depart at 9:45PM to drop people off at Turning Stone Casino. The second bus will arrive at Hayloft on the Arch at 9:45PM and depart at 10:00PM to drop people off at Turning Stone Casino. If you are staying at other hotels in the area, check with your hotel as they might provide a complimentary shuttle to and from Turning Stone. You can leave your car at the venue overnight if you miss the first shuttle!
