Question
Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
Yes! One shuttle(First Student Charter- yellow school bus) will arrive at Turning Stone Casino at 2:30PM and depart at 2:45PM to drop people off at Hayloft on the Arch at 3:00PM. Two school buses will be provided to take people back to the Turning Stone. One bus will arrive at Hayloft at 9:30PM and depart at 9:45PM to head back to Turning Stone. The second bus will arrive at Hayloft at 9:45PM and depart at 10:00PM to bring the final group back to Turning Stone. If you miss the shuttle to bring you to the venue, please drive and you can leave your car at Hayloft overnight!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm, we recommend you arrive no later than 3:00pm to ensure you arrive on time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Semi-Formal attire is requested. Men: Suits Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding as adults only. We encourage you to take this as a date night!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as your name + guest if a plus one has been given to you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and videographer who will absolutely share all those photos with you!

There is a parking lot onsite at Hayloft and you can keep your car there overnight as well!
