We are so thankful that you traveled to celebrate us! Below is the information for our room block at the Marriott Champions Circle. If you have any questions please reach out to Karla Massey at (817) 497-3024, she will be able to help you with all questions regarding your stay.
We also wanted to highlight that check-in is at 3pm, if you contact the hotel the week of, they might be able to offer earlier check-in but that is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.
For our guests staying at the Marriott Champions Club, we are providing optional transportation via charter bus to and from the venue. Additionally, due to limited Uber availability near the Nest, guests not staying at the hotel are welcome to use the charter bus for the return trip after the wedding to get closer to reliable transportation options. The bus will be making two trips after our send-off concludes.
If you plan on driving, there will be ample parking available on site.
