Will there be a ceremony?

On August 28th, 2025, we will be exchanging our vows in a intimate and private ceremony in Oregon. We are excited to host a happily ever after party with all of our loved ones on November 8th, 2025. But don't worry, we will still have something very special to share with our wedding guests!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or Cocktail! Please make sure to wear something nice but comfortable. We are planning to be on the dance floor most of the night and look forward to you joining us. :) Pro tip: Avoid all white dresses.

Are there shuttle services?

Answer

Yes, but only between the venue and the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalamazoo. Departure times from Hotel to Venue: 2:30 PM and 3:45 PM Departure times from Venue to Hotel: 9:00 PM, 10:15 PM and 11:30 PM

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love children, due to limited space this is a adult-only event. Babies 1 year and under are an exception, but please let the bride and groom know ahead of time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we had to be very particular about additional guests. Please only bring a guest if your invitation offers it.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 17th, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Indoors! Hopefully if weather is nice for us, we will have outdoor spaces as well.

Why such a long cocktail hour?

Answer

Since we are not hosting a second ceremony, we want to ensure we have time to talk to all of our guests for more dancing opportunities later. :) We can't wait to celebrate with you!
