Round-trip Transportation

We’ve arranged shuttle transportation from The Omni Hotel to our venue (a quick 10–15 minute ride). Staying at another Uptown hotel? No problem - everyone is welcome to hop on! Departure to the Venue: The shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM from the main entrance of The Omni Hotel. (Please note: this is a single, one-time departure) Return to the Omni: After the celebration, return shuttles will depart at 8:45 PM, 9:15 PM, and 10:05 PM from the same location where you were dropped off.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is 15 minutes from Uptown and is the ideal choice for those flying in from out of town.

We highly recommend staying here as it is less than 10 minutes from the venue, and conveniently located near coffee, dining, shops, and more. Transportation will be provided from The Omni Charlotte Hotel to and from the wedding. Rental Car
Uber
For ease of travel, we suggest using Uber rather than renting a car. Ubers are readily available, and Uptown Charlotte is just 15 minutes from the airport. Round-trip transportation between The Omni Hotel and VanLandingham Estate will be provided.
