What should I wear?

Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, which means gentlemen may choose to wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie—both are perfectly appropriate. For ladies, an elegant floor-length gown or a midi-length cocktail dress are great options. The ceremony will be held on gravel, so we recommend skipping the stilettos and going for stylish (and stable!) footwear. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Are children welcome at the wedding?

We adore your little ones, but to keep the celebration comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, our wedding will be an adults-only occasion. We really appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival is requested at 4:00 PM so you have time to get comfortable before the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. There will be passed champagne beforehand to help kick off the celebration!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Vanlandingham Estate, so no need to worry about traveling between venues. Just come ready to celebrate all in one stunning spot!

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes, roundtrip transportation will be provided between the Omni Hotel and the Vanlandingham Estate for your convenience. More information to come about shuttle time and pick-up location at the Omni.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are a limited number of parking spots available on the property at Vanlandingham Estate. Additional parking can be found on nearby streets. We recommend carpooling or using the provided shuttle service when possible.
