What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Guest arrival is requested at 4:00 PM so you have time to get comfortable before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. There will be champagne and live music beforehand to help kick off the celebration!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Vanlandingham Estate, so no need to worry about traveling between venues. Just come ready to celebrate all in one stunning spot!

Is transportation provided to the venue?
Answer
Yes, roundtrip transportation will be provided between the Omni Hotel and Vanlandingham Estate for your convenience. Staying at another Uptown Hotel? No problem - anyone is welcome to hop on! Departure to the Venue: The shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM from the main entrance of The Omni Hotel. (Please note: this is a single, one-time departure) Return to the Omni: After the celebration, return shuttles will depart at 8:45 PM, 9:15 PM, and 10:05 PM from the same location where you were dropped off.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, there are a limited number of parking spots available on the property at Vanlandingham Estate. There are 55 additional parking spots available next-door at The Holy Trinity Church (1900 The Plaza).

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, which means gentlemen may choose to wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie—both are perfectly appropriate. For ladies, an elegant floor-length gown or a midi-length cocktail dress are great options. The ceremony will take place on gravel, so we recommend choosing footwear that's comfortable and stable. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
