Yes! We’ve arranged two mini coach shuttles (28- and 29-passenger) to transport guests between the Wyndham Newport Hotel (where our room block is) and OceanCliff, our wedding venue. Pre-Ceremony Shuttle: Boarding begins at 4:30 PM, and the shuttles will depart promptly at 4:40 PM for the venue. Return Shuttle: After the reception ends at 11:00 PM, shuttles will begin boarding at 11:05 PM and depart the venue at 11:15 PM back to the Wyndham. Please note that the shuttles will make only one trip each way, so we kindly ask guests to be on time! Yes, our wedding is Garden Party Formal—so dress to impress! Gentlemen can opt for stylish linen suits, and ladies, bring the glam in elegant gowns, fancy pantsuits, or cocktail dresses. Just one rule—no white! We can’t wait to celebrate with you in vibrant style!
We are so lucky to have so many loved ones joining us that we are at capacity for our venue. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless we have listed them on the envelope of your invitation.
Although we love children, we have limited seating at our venue and are not able to accommodate children not listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and taking the time to make arrangements prior to our special day, so you are able to celebrate with us!
