FAQs

If you have any questions, please contact Crescent aka the bride to be! :) Thank you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please, please, please RSVP by March 20th! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I stay on the family property?

Answer

Although the property is always welcomed to family and friends, we are not having anyone stay on the property. We ask that you kindly reserve a hotel room or an Airbnb.

Question

Can I bring my children to the welcome party and the wedding?

Answer

We love all of our family and friends’ children and would be happy for them to join us at the welcome party if you’d like to bring them. However, our wedding day will be a child-free celebration, and we kindly ask that you respect our wishes.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation does not indicate a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We have carefully selected guests to keep our wedding celebration weekend intimate with those closest to us.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

DUH! We’ll have a variety of hand-selected wines, beers, seltzers, and two specialty cocktails to enjoy throughout the celebration.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking area for guests who choose to drive to and from the property.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We’re providing one-time-use Uber vouchers for safe, stress-free rides after the wedding night. Use them only when leaving the property to help everyone get home safely and avoid drinking and driving. Take advantage of them and enjoy a worry-free celebration!

Question

Is the ceremony the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes! We are having a backyard wedding, which means everything happens in one place, so no driving to and from locations.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Alachua and have also listed two other options: the Hampton Inn in Alachua and Sweetwater Branch Inn, a charming boutique hotel in Gainesville. Please feel free to stay wherever you are most comfortable, whether that’s at our selected hotel block or an Airbnb of your choice.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! If you’d like to help us make our first adventures as a married couple even more special, contributions to our honeymoon or home renovation fund would be greatly appreciated. All forms of payment are accepted, don’t feel pressured to contribute through Zola, as we know there can be fees. Thank you for helping us create unforgettable memories and a cozy home together!
