Need to Knows: ROAM Ranch is my best friends beautiful ranch in central Texas. It is their home and a working ranch. Please follow the following guidelines: -Parking directions will be added to the site ahead of the wedding. -Do not leave any trash out anywhere on the ranch. -We will be in nature out in an open pasture-heels will sink unless they are thick. Wear appropriate footwear. -There will be an electric fence behind our wedding site with bison in the pasture behind it. Please be respectful of the animals and stay away from the fence unless you want to be electrocuted. Dress Code: Ranch formal: No denim unless you are in a full Canadian Tuxedo. Bolo ties, cowboy hats, and boots are encouraged. Women- Flowy dresses, velvet & silk materials, fall colors. Footwear- cowboy boots, closed toed shoes, any heeled shoe needs to be a square thick heel. Men: slacks, button down shirt, bolo tie optional, boots or closed toed shoes will be best.

No--we will have both local beer and wine served at the reception. It is illegal to bring your own.

Will you be accommodating food allergies?

If you have an allergy, please notify Sarah. Food will be buffet style from Neon Armadillo. There will be gluten free and dairy free options. Everything will be organic, seed oil free, pasture-raised dairy, and regenerative grass-fed meat from Force of Nature Meats. Our cake and pastries are from Abby Jane bakes.
