The Hemingway Home and Museum
One of Key West’s most iconic landmarks, the Hemingway House is home to beautiful tropical gardens, rich literary history, and the famous six-toed cats descended from Ernest Hemingway’s original pets. While our reception will take place on the property, guests unfortunately will not be able to tour the inside of the house during the event. We highly recommend visiting during their regular daytime hours to experience the full tour and explore the home before the celebration!
Better Than Sex - A Dessert Restaurant
Looking for a fun late-night treat? Better Than Sex is one of Key West’s most popular dessert spots, known for its over-the-top sweets, creative cocktails, and romantic candlelit atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for an after-dinner date night or a sweet stop while exploring Duval Street! (Adults only).

One of the best ways to experience Key West is out on the water! Dry Tortugas National Park
Because this is a full-day excursion with early departures and late returns, we recommend planning your visit on a non-event day so you don’t miss any wedding festivities. If you have extra time during your stay, a trip to Dry Tortugas National Park is an unforgettable experience. Located about 70 miles west of Key West, this remote island paradise is known for its crystal-clear water, incredible snorkeling, and the historic Fort Jefferson. Day trips fill up quickly, so we recommend booking ferry or seaplane tours in advance!
Lazy Dog Adventures
For a more laid-back way to explore the water, Lazy Dog Adventures offers kayak rentals, paddleboarding, eco tours, and sandbar excursions through the beautiful mangroves of Key West. It’s a fun way to enjoy the island’s natural side while spotting tropical wildlife and soaking up the sunshine.
Best Key Lime Pie Spots
You can’t leave Key West without trying key lime pie! A few local favorites include Kermit’s Key West Key Lime Shoppe for classic slices and dipped treats, Blue Heaven for a legendary meringue-topped version in a quirky open-air garden setting, and Pepe’s Café for a more old-school, no-frills island staple.

For nightlife and island vibes, Duval Street is the main hub with something for everyone. Sloppy Joe’s is a historic, always-lively classic, Hog’s Breath Saloon is great for live music and a fun crowd, and The Green Parrot is a beloved local dive bar with strong drinks and great character. For a sunset cocktail, grab a drink at The Rum Bar at the Speakeasy Inn or head to Sunset Pier for waterfront views and live music.
