The early birds + Wedding Party
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The private ranch is open to us starting Thursday afternoon. If you're staying on-site at the venue for the weekend, feel free to "check-in" as early as Thursday afternoon. For those in the wedding party, we'll run through the wedding rehearsal and for those that are not, there's beer in the fridge!
Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner
5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Wedding Rehearsal for the wedding party will be at The Creek Haus at 5:30pm on Thursday. After the rehearsal, we will be having an informal rehearsal dinner at the Creek Haus around 7:00pm. People not in the wedding party are welcome to join for dinner.

Bavarian Breakfast

For those staying at the venue, we'll be cooking up some traditional Bavarian Weisswurst and pretzels, along with some Hefeweissen beer and other goodies.
Outdoor Excursion
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Completely optional, but for those interested, we'll have a shuttle take us to a local swimming hole. Transportation and food/drinks will be provided. If weather is bad, we'll do some brewery/distillery tours instead. Or feel free to explore the area on your own! See "Things to Do" section for fun things to do nearby.
Welcome Dinner
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We welcome anyone invited to the wedding to come join us for a welcome event the night before. If you can make it out, we'd love to see you! We'll be hanging out, grilling up some good meat, and playing lawn games.

Mother's Day Brunch

Completely optional, but for those who are interested, we'd love to celebrate Mother's Day with all the mothers who will be with us! We'll make a nice spread at The Creek Haus and all are welcome.
Wedding Day
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The ceremony will begin around 5:30pm. Reception with drinks and dancing to follow. There is a large parking lot on-site for those driving or renting a car. For those not staying at the venue and would like a place to sleep the night of the wedding, there should be a few couches/futons available for you!

Check Out

Check out at the Creek Haus is at 11:00am. For those still around, we will probably head over to the outdoor ranch at Jester King Brewery for some good hangover pizza and beer.
