Craig was too cool for school. Chrissy was cooler. They met on the eve of a yearlong adventure in Germany that would change both of their lives. They were two of 75, but they gravitated to the same small group of friends; and there they stayed for a while... Flash forward a year and a few hundred beers, and Chrissy found herself a newcomer in Craig's home state of California. So naturally Craig offered to show her the ropes. Craig brought Chrissy to a concert in Oakland with a group of friends; It was the first real time they'd hung out one-on-one and they both clicked. Then they hiked some, brunched some, beer-ed some and adventured-some and before long they had fallen in love. Adventure mates forever more! Flash forward a few more years: Craig got a grad degree, Chrissy built a successful career at a young age, but they both yearned for that sense of adventure that initially brought them together. So they split to Asia for another year of life-changing travel. It was clear to both of them that they had something amazing together, so when Chrissy's family visited in Thailand, Craig asked Chrissy to marry him. She said: "CRAIG THIS ISN'T OUR BUNGALOW!!!" (long story) THEY GOT ENGAGED! A month later, Chrissy surprised Craig for his birthday with an authentic Tharu village wedding in Nepal (long story) . Then they traveled more; grew closer and closer; fell deeper in love. After a year away, they returned home refreshed, settled in Austin and adopted an adorable puppy. They've grown closer with each passing day, and they can't wait for the next big adventure...
